Homemade chocolates 집에서 만드는 초콜렛 by Simon Rimmer from Something for the Weekend 주말을 위한 어떤것 Serves 6-8 Preparation time overnight 조리시간 : 하룻밤 Cooking time 10 to 30 mins 만드는 시간 : 10 ~ 30분. Ingredients 재료 400g/14oz dark chocolate, minimum 70 per cent cocoa solids 400g/14oz 검정 초코렛, 70% 고형 코코라 40g/1 and a half oz butter 40g/1.5oz 버터 400ml/14fl oz double cream 400ml/14fl oz 더블크림 50g/2oz sugar 50g/2oz 설탕 dash vanilla extract 바닐라 엑기스 For decoration 데코레이션 hundreds and thousands white chocolate, 수백,수천개의 화이트 초콜렛 grated, for sprinkling cocoa powder, for dusting hazelnuts, 체에 걸러진 끼얹을 코코아 파우더, 헤이즐넛 가루 chopped, for sprinkling 200g/7oz raspberries, placed into the freezer for ten minutes before using 200g/7oz 사용하기 10분전부터 냉동고에 들어 있던 흩뿌리기 위한 잘게 조각난 라즈베리(산딸기류). Method 1. Place the chocolate and butter into a heatproof bowl. 1. 초콜렛과 버터는 내열용기에 넣는다. 2. Place the cream and sugar into a clean saucepan over a medium heat and bring to the boil. 2. 크림과 설탕을 깨끗한 냄비에 넣고 중간불로 가열하여 끓인다. 3. Pour the cream mixture over the chocolate and butter, add a dash of vanilla extract and stir gently, until the chocolate and butter have completely melted. 3. 혼합크림을 초콜렛과 버터위에 붙는다. 그리고 바닐라 추출액을 조금 넣고, 초콜렛과 버터가 녹을때까지 천천히 휘졌는다. 4. Place the chocolate mixture into three separate bowls and place into the fridge to chill overnight. 4. 초콜렛 혼합물을 세개의 그릇에 나누어 담고, 밤 새도록 냉장고에 두어 차게 한다. 5. Once chilled, use a spoon to remove equal portions of the set chocolate mixture (reserving some chocolate to coat the chilled raspberries) and place onto a clean work surface. Roll the chocolate into balls, then dip and roll the balls into the various decorative ingredients of your choice. 5. 차가워 지면, 숫가락을 이용하여 초콜렛 혼합물을 똑같은 양으로 치워둔다. ( 차가운 산딸기에 초콜렛을 입히기 위해 준비한다. ) 그리고 깨끗한 바닥에 둔다. 초콜렛을 공 모양으로 굴린다. 그런 다음에 떠내어 굴려 만들어진 공을 마음에 드는 여러가지 재료로 장식을 한다. 6. Remove the raspberries from the freezer and mould the remaining chocolate around the raspberries and decorate these as you wish. 6. 냉동고에서 산딸기는 꺼내고, 틀에 남은 초콧렛 주변의 산딸기와 장식을 원하는데로 한다. 7.
